Design & printing
I already have a finished manuscript. Can you just design and print it?
Yes — that is exactly what this service is for. Send us your completed text and we handle everything from there: interior layout and typesetting, cover design, photo placement, proofing and printing. No interviews, no ghostwriting, no rewriting unless you ask for it.
What file formats do you accept?
A Word document or Google Doc is ideal, but we work happily from PDF, Pages, plain text or even a stack of scanned typescript. Photographs are best as the highest-resolution originals you have — don't resize or compress them for us, we would rather start from the biggest file.
My old photographs are faded, torn or blurry. Can they still be used?
Almost always. We professionally restore and enhance old, damaged or low-resolution images — repairing creases and tears, correcting colour casts and fading, and sharpening detail — so they print beautifully alongside the text. Send us the originals and we'll tell you honestly what we can do with each one.
How many copies can I order, and can I order more later?
Anything from a single keepsake copy to a print run for the whole extended family. Reprints are straightforward at any point afterwards, because we keep your finished print-ready files on hand — so a grandchild can be given a copy years from now.
Will I see the book before it's printed?
Always. You review a full digital proof of the laid-out book, page by page, and we adjust anything you want changed — typography, image placement, chapter openers, the cover. Nothing goes to the printer until you have signed it off.
Do I keep the rights to my book and the design files?
Yes. The text is yours and stays yours, and the finished print-ready files are yours to keep and reuse. You are free to reprint elsewhere or self-publish later if you choose.
How does the 100% satisfaction guarantee work?
Layout, cover and typography all go through as many rounds of refinement as you like, and nothing reaches the printer without your sign-off. Your final balance is only due once you are completely happy with how the book looks in your hands.
